CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, we please ask that you contact us at least 48 hours prior for any Color services, Keratin treatments, Combined services, Extensions, Spray tan, Make-up and Bridal services and 24 hours prior to your scheduled Haircut, Blow-dry, Treatment, Wax & Tint appointment.

We charge 50% within the 48 hours of the service cancellation mentioned above and 100% for no-show appointments and as well as a cancellation within the 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.
